Following this, Johannes Kalitzke will take the stage in a dual role as both conductor and composer for the world premiere of his "Zeitkapsel, Dance of Death for large orchestra," a piece commissioned by Bavarian Radio’s musica viva series. After an interval, the concert will conclude with Luc Ferrari's "Histoire du plaisir et de la désolation for Orchestra," a piece that embarks on a sonic search for new sensuality, culminating in a dramatic rupture of conventional logic in the final Ronde de la désolation.

Performers for the evening include Marco Blaauw on trumpet, Dirk Rothbrust on percussion, Maria Stange on harp, Axel Porath on viola, and Johannes Schottke providing sound design, all under the baton of Johannes Kalitzke with the Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks.
