"Trumpet & Tequila" is a part of the ESO Pairings series, presented by Tumbler & Rocks, which offers curated concerts designed to make classical music accessible and enjoyable for all. These short and sweet performances come with no intermission, making them the perfect introduction to the orchestra for newcomers, while still delighting long-time classical music enthusiasts.

The concert will showcase the incredible talent of Pacho Flores, making his ESO debut with two dynamic trumpet concertos—one for trumpet and the other for flugelhorn—that he composed himself. Additionally, the program will feature an emotional work dedicated to Malala Yousafzai, the young activist and winner of the 2014 Nobel Peace Prize, marking its ESO Premiere.
