Peer Gynt is rowdy, charismatic, and outrageous. He begs for more: more life, more joy, more fun. Director and writer Bill Barclay brings his acclaimed adaptation of Grieg’s Peer Gynt to Stifel Theatre. In this fully staged performance, the SLSO and Symphony Chorus are joined by actors, puppets, and sets. Come for the laughs and loves, but stay for the otherworldly beauty of soprano Camilla Tilling’s voice. This performance will be a theatrical experience like no other.
