Immerse yourself in a transcendent musical experience as the Dallas Symphony Orchestra presents "Sibelius and Duruflé" from February 28 to March 2, 2025. This exceptional concert series, under the baton of guest conductor Matthew Halls, will feature the talents of mezzo-soprano Jamie Barton, baritone Norman Garrett, and the harmonious voices of the Dallas Symphony Chorus, directed by Anthony Blake Clark.

The program opens with Sibelius's Symphony No. 6, a work that the composer himself described as a "pure, cold water" poem, embodying an ecstatic string-playing that evolves into an emotionally intense journey before gently fading away.
