Stanford Live, in collaboration with Goldenvoice, is thrilled to present an unforgettable evening with the critically acclaimed singer-songwriter Mitski Miyawaki. Join us for a night of profound musical exploration as Mitski makes her debut at the Frost Amphitheater with her latest tour, "The Land is Inhospitable and So Are We," featuring Wyatt Flores. This performance, scheduled for Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at 7:00 PM, promises to be a deep dive into Mitski's most American album yet, showcasing her candid lyrics and a volatile yet catchy version of indie rock.

Mitski's seventh record is described as a haunting love letter to the land, embodying the private sorrows and painful contradictions of America. With songs that introduce wounds and actively seek to heal them, this album is Mitski's most expansive, epic, and wise work to date. It's a night not to be missed for fans of profound lyrical storytelling and innovative musical compositions.
