Join us at the Center for the Arts for a night of exceptional musical talent with the MusicLand’s Jackson Hole Youth Orchestra Spring Concert. This eagerly anticipated event will take place on Monday, May 20th, 2024, at 7:00 PM in the prestigious Center Theater. Admission to this cultural showcase is completely free, making it accessible to everyone in the community.

Presented by MusicLand, the concert celebrates the remarkable skills of Teton County's youth, featuring students in grades 8-12. These talented young musicians will perform an eclectic mix of pieces from various cultures around the globe, highlighting the universal language of music. The evening will be especially memorable with the introduction of the Bach Ensemble, which will perform the Bach Double Violin Concerto, showcasing the depth and versatility of our young performers.

The program includes a diverse selection of works:
- "The Moldau" by Bedrock Smetana, arranged by Albert Wang
- "Hungarian Variations" by Susan H. Day, featuring Sebastien Carr
- "Bailes Para Orquesta" by Richard Meyer, with soloists Isaac Reed and Tawnya Ramos
- "Concerto in D Minor Mvt. I for 2 Violins" by JS Bach, arranged by Larry Moore, featuring Sebastien Carr and Hudson Marsden
- "Blackberry Blossom" by Gary Gackstatter, with Hudson & Owen Marsden

While the event is free, donations are greatly appreciated and accepted at the door, with a suggested amount of $20. These contributions support the ongoing efforts of MusicLand to provide comprehensive music education programs for children of all ages.
