This one-of-a-kind event will feature songs from her celebrated shows, "Sunfish" (with lyrics by Michael Cooper) and "Days of Rage" (with lyrics by Shoshana Greenberg), both of which have seen productions in the US, Korea, and Japan. 

The evening promises to be a journey through contrasting musical landscapes, starting with the magical world of "Sunfish," inspired by the fairytale-like devotion to love and sacrifice, and transitioning to the fiery spirit of "Days of Rage," which captures the tumultuous era of the late 1960s and early 1970s—a time marked by intense passion and the fight for one's beliefs.

Hyeyoung Kim will be joined by a talented ensemble of vocalists including Amy Keum from the KPOP musical, Emily Steinhardt of Private Jones at Signature Theatre, Jarran Muse from Ain't Too Proud, Stephen Christopher Anthony of Dear Evan Hansen, and Tommy McDowell from the national tour of Jesus Christ Superstar, with Rayshun LaMarr of The Voice adding to the dynamic range of performances. The band features Joseph Wallace on bass, Jeremy Yaddaw on drums, Matthew SanGiovanni and Mike Rosengarten on guitars, Eric Eaton on cello, and Hyeyoung Kim herself on piano.

This performance is directed by Joe Barros and produced by Hyeyoung Kim & Gyurin Kim, ensuring an evening filled with riveting and heartfelt music that spans a wide array of emotions and stories.

The event will take place at 7:00 PM on May 23, 2024. Tickets are priced at $35, exclusive of service fees, with a minimum requirement of 2 drinks or 1 food item per person during the show.
