"Duel Reality" brings to life the age-old feud between the Montagues and Capulets through an epic competition of acrobatic talent and skill. Audiences will be captivated as they cheer on these two feuding families, witnessing a story of love, honor, and defiance. At the heart of this spectacle is a pair of star-crossed lovers who dare to defy death and their families in their quest to be together. Adapted from Shakespeare’s "Romeo and Juliet," The 7 Fingers infuse their signature blend of incredible physical feats, theatricality, and music to narrate this timeless tale.

This performance is recommended for ages 7 and up, making it a perfect outing for school-aged kids capable of enjoying a 90-minute show without an intermission. Attendees should be aware of the use of theatrical haze and two brief moments of flashing lights during the performance.

The event schedule includes preview performances from May 29 to June 3, with the official opening night on June 4. Special event nights include a Mask Required performance on June 8, Teen Night on June 13, Open Captions on June 12, and ASL & Audio Described performance on June 21.

The audience is seated face to face on either side of the action. They witness to two groups in opposition by default, by desire to rise above the other. Through the provocation and conflict, we catch a glimpse of our star crossed lovers. They are fierce players but still do not seem to care who wins or loses if playing the game can bring them closer together. Competition can be playful at times, it can also be dangerously serious.
