This summer, immerse yourself in the Roaring Twenties theme with the Minnesota Orchestra's captivating concert, "Parker Plays Ravel." The event features the renowned pianist Jon Kimura Parker, who will perform Maurice Ravel’s sparkling Piano Concerto in G. This concerto, composed after Ravel's extensive tour of North America, reflects the vibrant influence of jazz, a genre he explored deeply during his visits to Harlem’s jazz clubs with George Gershwin.
