The Toronto Mendelssohn Choir and Artistic Director Jean-Sébastien Vallée open their 130th anniversary with an evening steeped in the language of love. Joined by the exquisite vocals of soprano Charlotte Siegel, be swept off your feet with the passionate melodies of Brahms's Liebeslieder Walzer and the fiery embrace of Palmeri's Misatango. To add to this special occasion, be among the first to hear the premiere of a stunning new commission by our Composer-in-Residence Aaron Manswell.

Many performers who shine on the Canadian and international stages make up the teaching staff of the Faculty of Music. The series Les profs de l'UdeM en concert offers high-level events that allow you to appreciate their mastery and the finesse of their playing, for free, in chamber music works. And for students who aspire to continue their studies at the Faculty of Music in performance, these inspiring concerts are privileged opportunities to see and hear their future teacher. This evening with Argentinian accents will be dedicated to the composer and bandoneon player Astor Piazzolla.
