### Event Description: Sinfonia da Camera: Romantic Masterworks

**Event Overview:**
Celebrate a romantic evening with Sinfonia da Camera as they present a special program of Romantic masterworks. This enchanting concert will feature:

- **Romeo and Juliet Fantasy Overture by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky:** A heartwrenchingly beautiful masterpiece that condenses the iconic Shakespearean romantic tragedy into a stunning piece of Russian Romanticism.
- **Concerto for Two Pianos and Orchestra by Francis Poulenc:** Piano soloist and conductor Ian Hobson will be joined by his wife, award-winning pianist Muen Wei, to showcase the romantic lyricism of the middle movement, Larghetto.
- **Symphony No. 2 by Sergei Rachmaninoff:** After intermission, the program concludes with Rachmaninoff’s expansive Symphony No. 2, a melodic tour-de-force that highlights the composer’s dramatically brooding and tenderly romantic style.
