- **R. Strauss - Oboe Concerto:** Featuring the debut of the brilliant young oboist Armand Djikoloum. This concerto, composed during the final years of Strauss's life, was inspired by a young American G.I. who visited the composer in Bavaria at the end of World War II.
- **Jessy L Reason - Lament:** World Premiere of this evocative piece.
- **Elgar - Enigma Variations:** The highlight of the concert, showcasing Elgar's genius in capturing the essence of his friends through music.
