Since forming their duo in 2016, saxophonist Huw Wiggin and harpist Oliver Wass have continued to develop and refine their programmes of music for this unusual pairing of instruments. Huw and Oliver have developed a reputation as warm communicators who draw audiences into their intimate and engaging performances.

Full Spectrum Big Band has delighted audiences with traditional and modern big band sounds since 1996. The band members enjoy keeping jazz alive in the community while actively supporting the role of jazz education in schools.

The Orchestra’s Helen Wilson and Matthew Brett introduce us to a whole range of innovative sounds, styles and brand-new music too. Showcasing instruments from across the percussion section, and the flute family as well, they’ll perform works that are powerful, playful and totally impressive, plus we’ll be treated to the world premiere of a piece by Gary Carpenter.
