Pianist

Scholarship holders of the German Foundation for Music Life, who won a valuable instrument at the 32nd German Musical Instrument Fund Competition in 2025, will perform as soloists and present solo concertos by Antonín Dvořák and Benjamin Britten with the Philharmonic Orchestra. Played on the Fund's exquisite instruments and by exceptional young talents, these two works promise to be a truly special listening experience.

Four composers inspired by passion across ages – and worlds! The pianist rising-start Victoria Wong will present her vibrant renditions of the exuberant first concerto by Chopin. Inspired by the most famous and tragic love of all times, Prokofiev explores the drama in his magnificent retelling of Shakespeare’s text. And for the first time, a Suite of Love Themes by the most popular composer of our times with the music you will recognize music from Star Wars, Superman, Indiana Jones and E.T.

A new chamber music curriculum pairing fellows with Academy artists for intensive coachings results in five unique evening concerts. Each event stars the fellows in a curated program of full-length masterworks to music of the 21st century.
As a part of the experience, guests are invited to enjoy complimentary wine during the performance.
