Spain, 1492: on her final night in Seville, a Jewish woman, played by Suzanne Ahmet, tunes into a community of stories of Jewish, Christian and Muslim women, their plaintive songs and lively Spanish medieval music which have the power to transcend intolerance and hatred.

Music and theatre collide in this fully staged stunningly lit show from The Telling, directed by BAFTA-nominated Nicholas Renton (Mrs Gaskell’s Wives and Daughters, Musketeers, Lewis). Be transported back to colourful 15th-century Seville – the story of migration, community and conflict may be set in the past but has sad resonances today – with a message of hope.
