Join us for the 2024 Holiday Concert and meet our two special guests who will bring you holiday cheer! Singer and actor Kate Merryman from central Ohio will lead the audience in a sing-along featuring Christmas Memories and other holiday selections. Additionally, the Miami University Steel Drum Band will showcase its unique Caribbean sounds. This promises to be a memorable concert that will get your family in the holiday spirit and entertain you with seasonal favorites and surprises!

Each December we celebrate the holidays with music both contemplative and joyful, leaving audiences with a song in their heart and the warmth of the season. Our upcoming Holiday Pops concerts include the orchestra and VSO’s 80-voice chorus leading three sing-a-longs and performing much-loved music by John Rutter, LeRoy Anderson, and George Frederic Handel. A new-to-VSO composition by Quinn Mason, Spanish-influenced holiday music, and traditional carols round out this traditional family-favorite event. José Daniel Flores-Caraballo conducts.

In the run up to Christmas, Wigmore Hall welcomes groups of various kinds, specialists in various repertoires, all intent upon celebrating the festive season in style. Tenebrae launches the season with a wide selection of carols for all tastes.

The RPO’s annual Christmas Cracker is as much a part of the season as mulled wine, Elf on the Shelf and the King’s Road window displays! So join us in the festive splendour of Cadogan Hall for a real feast of Yuletide music, old and new. There’ll be well-loved songs, seasonal classics and a stocking full of tunes for the whole family, as conductor Stephen Bell and star vocalists Juliette Crosbie and Matt Ford launch the celebrations with a swing. And it’s all gift-wrapped by the luxurious symphonic sound of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra – go on, treat yourself.

Get into the holiday groove with a jazzy, joyful celebration! From Tchaikovsky’s Snow Maiden to A Charlie Brown Christmas, plus swinging Christmas favorites with the Dirty River Jazz Band and vocalist Faith Evangeline, this concert will have you tapping your toes and feeling festive. The New Braunfels Children’s Chorus adds their magic to the mix!
