This workshop offers an immersive approach to physical theater, connecting with our bodies as a tool for artistic expression. While there will be some scene work, most of the workshop will be focused on improvisation and collaboration.

The workshop will cover concepts such as: planes, directions, movement qualities, voice, viewpoints, emotional connections, volume, and more.
Intended for: Actors, enthusiasts, dancers, movers, and anyone interested in discovering their inner performer! Ages 16 y/o and above.
