The DR Girls' Choir's dark concerts have become a strong tradition in the DR Concert Hall. Here, the choir marks the transition to autumn with a concert experience where darkness and calm are allowed to descend, so that everyone on stage and in the audience can give themselves completely to the darkness and the power of music. 

This year, one of Denmark's greatest jazz artists will be participating in the concert. The young jazz musician Mathias Heise has been named the world's best harmonica player and has previously collaborated with both the DR Girls' Choir and the DR Big Band. Earlier this year, Politiken awarded six hearts with words like "sublime" and "indescribably beautiful" after his concert in the Concert Hall.
