All 4 members of the quartet have studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Music, and after the founding of the quartet in 2007, have had Professor Tim Frederiksen as their mentor for several years.

Leading up to the annual Rued Langgaard competition in the Concert Church in Copenhagen on 4-5 May, this Saturday there is an open masterclass at DJM in Aarhus. Here the focus is on Langgaard's songs. 6 singers and 5 pianists will be guided through Langgaard's universe by two Langgaard specialists, pianist Berit Johansen Tange and soprano Signe Asmussen, singing teacher at DJM.
