Aligned with BLO’s new initiative to bring climate awareness to the forefront, Arias Aloft: Rising Waters, Rising Voices features music and movement inspired by humanity’s connection to Earth’s waterways. This all-ages show features opera, musical theatre, and cabaret classics paired with breathtaking original circus acts.

Using the spectacular physicality of circus arts and the power of opera and folk classics performed live, Arias Aloft: Gather Together tells the story of a community that comes together to share stories of joy, sadness, and hope. Inspired by BLO’s upcoming production of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Carousel, this show is a reminder that we never walk alone.

UW Music presents special guests Horizon Duo, Thursday, September 26, at 7:30 p.m. in the Buchanan Center for the Performing Arts Recital Hall. The recital is free and open to all.
