The third chamber music concert will focus on a lesser known musical form presented less often at chamber music evenings, namely the piano quartet. The concert program consists of three seminal pieces in this genre by the most qualified composers Antonín Dvořák, Robert Schumann and Bohuslav Martinů.

Alice feiert Geburtstag. Plötzlich verschwindet die reale Welt und Alice lässt das Hier und Jetzt hinter sich. Bei einer merkwürdigen Teegesellschaft, very british, wird gerastet und schließlich trifft sie am Hofe der Herzkönigin ein, die weniger herzlich ist, als es ihr Name vermuten lässt. Music and Dance Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague

On May 10, 2023, Prague Philharmonia signed an exclusive cooperation agreement with the International Chamber Music Festival Konvergencie, based in Slovakia, which organizes a composition competition for Czech and Slovak composers under 35 as part of its activities. One of the main prizes for the competition laureates was the opportunity to have their winning composition performed in Prague Philharmonia's contemporary music series during the 2024/2025 concert season.

Orpheus and Eurydice agree: their marriage is over. While he is only interested in his music, she seeks adventure – and promptly ends up in the arms of Pluto, the god of the underworld. He seizes the opportunity and whisks her away to the realm of the dead.

Alice is celebrating her birthday. Suddenly, the real world disappears, and Alice leaves the here and now behind. Kidnapped by a harried white rabbit, she plunges into a strange world, a fantastical one. Here, everything is upside down. Alice grows so tall that she can no longer fit through any door; then she shrinks so small that she can't reach any doorknob. Transformed, she enters Wonderland, encounters a smoking caterpillar, and swims through a sea of ​​tears. She meets the Cheshire Cat, which bears no resemblance to a purring pet. She rests at a peculiar, very British tea party and finally arrives at the court of the Queen of Hearts, who is less warm and welcoming than her name suggests. First, Alice is asked to play croquet with her, then she witnesses the Queen's anger over a stolen cake. Before the story within the story concludes with a court verdict, Alice awakens back in the present, in the real world. Alice is celebrating her birthday. Also described as literary nonsense, the novel by Charles Ludwige Dodgson (pseudonym: Lewis Carroll) offers a wealth of metaphors and game scenarios.
