Forests are burning, glaciers are melting, the world's oceans are being poisoned and the 1.5 degree target seems unattainable. Helping to shape the transition to a sustainable society is not only a matter for business and research, but also for the cultural sector. The Staatsoper Unter den Linden is focussing on this social challenge with the music and discourse format "Sustainable Listening", which will run for several seasons: a walk-in climate capsule will become a place for impulses, exchange and participation with climate experts, activists and visionaries on various sustainability topics.
