On the wings of a bumblebee, the Mobile Symphony takes you on a whirlwind flight around the world, with masterworks from Russia, France, Austria and the USA. We proudly feature our Principal Harpist Katie Ott with a rarity, Claude Debussy’s dreamy composition for a kind of harp that now barely exists. Mahler’s sweet love letter to his wife Alma draws upon the full range of dynamics and emotions. And back home in America, Aaron Copland’s most beloved masterpiece, here in its original form, presents a unified and optimistic vision for us all.
