Exciting listening experiences are guaranteed when chief conductor Ivan Repušić takes you acoustically to his home country of Croatia. This time, the contemporary composer Frano Parać will be introduced - also in person on stage: a sound magician and wanderer between worlds who transformed from a rock musician to a professor at the Zagreb Academy of Music. His biblical opera Judita is based on the Croatian national epic of the same name by Marko Marulić and combines modern musical language with south-eastern European tradition.
