With a program dedicated entirely to Bach, the hr-Symphony Orchestra will be performing its chamber concerts for the first time this season at Birstein Castle. In the princely "White Hall," audiences will be able to enjoy the rich spectrum of Bach's music in an authentic and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere: from virtuosic Baroque concert music for the rare oboe d'amore to intimate duo sonatas, instrumental arrangements of Passion arias, and the magnificent court music of the 5th Brandenburg Concerto.
