Stefanie Heinzmann's pop and soul sound combined with the sound of a classical ensemble: This combination brings the old Schiffbauhalle 207 to life. Violinist, concept designer, and arranger Mihalj Kekenj, aka Miki, has taken the Swiss singer's songs and rearranged them for her and his six-person ensemble. The result: an emotionally funky program that confidently transcends the boundaries between pop, soul, and classical.
