Come see dancers age 5-18 tap up a storm with a live jazz quartet and special guest performers. This evening performance showcases the American Tap Dance Foundation's Youth Program, highlighting budding young rhythm makers and advanced teens from the dynamic Tap City Youth Ensemble. Featuring classic choreography from iconic tap masters such as Bill “Bojangles” Robinson, master artists such as Brenda Bufalino and Lynn Dally and contemporary choreographers including Ali Bradley and Demi Remick, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

The legendary Tap dance phenom Brenda Bufalino, turning 85 years young this year, celebrates her birthday with a rare local appearance on the Rosendale Theatre stage, tap dancing, singing, and telling stories. Also featured will be a sneak peek of a new documentary by her dear friend and co-founder – Tony Waag, the Director of The American Tap Dance Foundation. So join us as we celebrate with this extraordinary tap dance trailblazer accompanied by two of the area’s top jazz masters, Teri Roiger and John Menegon.
