The stepmother has brought a lot of misfortune upon the royal family: the eleven sons were bewitched and Elisa, the king's only daughter, was chased out of the castle by her father. In her dream she meets wild swans - her enchanted brothers - and learns how to break the evil spell. The well-known fairy tale "The Wild Swans" by Hans Christian Andersen is a story about learning to fly, discovering the world and the power of love. The Eisenach State Theater is continuing the "Classics in 45 Minutes" series from last season and is a guest at our children's and youth theater festival "Spring Rolls" with another well-known work from children's and young people's literature.
