What do Beethoven and Prometheus have in common? Neither of them stuck to traditional ideals because they had enough imagination to think beyond the horizon. Like explorers, they ventured into unknown territory, wanted to enrich the world, showed courage - and risked a lot in the process. Beethoven his reputation and his future as a musician, Prometheus his freedom and his life. Together with German and Polish students who are taking part in the performance, we will examine what it is like to venture so far and it is not clear whether you are making yourself an outsider or a source of inspiration. The music at this school concert is entirely dedicated to Beethoven. We will play, among other things, his "Creatures of Prometheus".
