Living together in an old minibus? Felix thinks the idea is great. The fact that the whole thing is happening because of financial difficulties, because his mother can't find a job and they need a roof over their heads, doesn't bother him at first. But the planned one-off adventure becomes everyday reality, summer turns into autumn and clever excuses become a tangled web of lies. Felix realizes that he has to act. It's a good thing that he can count on his friendship with Dylan and Winnie, on his gerbil Horatio and on his unshakable belief in a happy ending!
