Sonny performs with his 9-piece ‘Funk Militia’ who have made a strong impression with their energetic performances and intricate musical arrangements, often featuring powerful vocals, grooving basslines, punchy horns riffs and syncopated drum beats. After performing his first three shows, Sonny got signed to the Glasgow-based record label ‘Electric Honey’ and released his latest single ‘Love That Set Me Free’, which has been praised for its infectious energy and smooth execution.
