Introduce your students to the fantastic world of opera featuring a 30-minute semi-staged performance of Scott Joplin’s stylish opera Treemonisha including the iconic “A Real Slow Drag” accompanied by piano. Designed for grades 3-12, each program includes three mini workshops: Music & Drama, Character & Movement, and Makeup. The program is recommended for groups of 100 students or fewer for the workshops and as many as desired for the opera performance.
