What can children and young people do in a world dominated by powerful adults? Quite a lot, because in the beginning, all it takes is an idea to spark something. And sometimes, that develops into a global movement that can make a difference!

From a certain age, you bleed every month. Maybe you experience pain. Maybe you'll be pregnant at some point, whether you want it or not. Maybe you'll also want to bleed and never be able to. Maybe you'll have a child. Maybe your body is sometimes inferior, but maybe you can also defend yourself. How equal are you? How much blood is connected to the history of FLINTA* and their bodies? How much shame is associated with bleeding? And what can we do to finally put an end to this?
