Don't feel like going to the gym after a long day or after work? Lacking the motivation to leave the house in the evenings during the darker months? No problem: Simply move at home in interactive workshops with dance teacher Bettina Stieler. Anyone can join – whether you're from Hanover or the Black Forest. In addition to movement, the focus is on getting to know each other. Depending on the topic of the session, we'll look for commonalities, work with nature photographs from the participants' past vacations, explore the play of light and shadow, and fill foreign worlds with our own movement language.
