A rare dialogue between two instruments, between Baroque virtuosity and the complicity of the soloists. Mendelssohn then unfolded the legend of La Belle Mélusine , a fairy-tale overture with melodious waves. Ravel, with his Menuet antique , revived the grace of a bygone era, while Debussy, in Nuages ​​(from the Nocturnes ), suspended the sky in its luminous grays. As a grand finale, Mozart's "Haffner" Symphony burst forth in vibrant fanfares and majestic dances. A night of stars, breaths, and strings.
