For our annual free concert, guitarist Roberto Capocchi gives a solo recital featuring spirited works by four leading 20th-century composers, including the Homenaje a Tárrega by Joaquín Turina, which honors the iconic, late-Romantic Spanish guitarist and composer Francisco Tárrega, and the only original work for solo guitar by the legendary Argentine composer Alberto Ginastera: the Sonata, Op. 47.
