The passions of the soul from the heart of Baroque music. The well-known doctrine of affects serves as a springboard for immediate communication of human emotional states. This program examines joy, loss, pain, sorrow and tranquility through the exploration of the high Baroque German and instrumental repertoire. Longtime colleagues reunite to present a program that will flatter the ear and move the soul.
