Drama, tension and emotion, Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony is an epic musical journey that begins with those iconic four dada-da-daaaa’s. Carlos Simon’s piece, full of shimmering melodies, is inspired by Beethoven’s music and starts the evening with high drama.
