This is a fundraiser for Weldmar Hospicecare in memory of Denise Harrison-Nash. Weldmar Hospicecare is a charity funded almost entirely by donations. They carry out vital work both in the community and at their in-patient unit for people with life limiting conditions. Denise was exceptionally well looked after in her final days.
