Ever since 1954, our orchestra has regularly toured the USA. The Bamberg Symphony was the first German orchestra to visit Carnegie Hall after World War II. Now we are embarking on our 9th USA tour in the orchestra‘s history, beginning the journey with our very first concert in Iceland, country no. 64 on our symphonic map of the world, which we have been charting since 1946.
