Dominik Susteck was 13 years old when he discovered the organ. At the same time, he was completely fascinated by the music of Olivier Messiaen, which sparked his interest in contemporary music. Today, Susteck is considered one of the most important new music organists internationally. Nevertheless, he always has to return to his two musical mentors, Bach and Messiaen.
