The dramatic mountain film about the friendship between two mountain climbers who fall in love with the same woman captivates with its unique images. Starring Leni Riefenstahl, Ernst Petersen and Luis Trenker, it was shot by mountain film pioneer Arnold Fanck using the latest camera technology amidst ice and snow.
