Helau and hurray! Confetti, streamers and costumes - all of this is part of a successful carnival party. And of course, rousing music. The Hamburg Symphony Orchestra celebrates a party full of gripping rhythms and fantastically beautiful melodies with presenter Singa Gätgens. Our wild carnival concert naturally begins with a real classic: the overture from the operetta "Die Fledermaus" by Johann Strauss. The piece takes place at a masked ball and is full of funny misunderstandings and mix-ups. Wigs, make-up and weird clothes are also expressly welcome in the audience at this concert.
