In this tale of two Avitals, the trio creates beautiful fusion. Drawing on a diverse and exotic set of sounds from Morocco, Israel, and North Africa, mandolinist Avi and bass/oud player Omer Avital conjure jazzy moods via modal melodies and gripping rhythms that explore new cosmopolitan dimensions.
