Fall 1996, Saint-Étienne-de-Bolton — André "Dédé" Fortin, singer of the group Les Colocs, and Vander, the group's new bassist, meet in a chalet in Estrie. This artistic retreat will allow them to create, without taboos and with sensitivity, the most striking pieces of the album Dehors novembre .
