A Little Night Music

To open the season, the FKO will play one of Mozart's most famous melodies: "Eine kleine Nachtmusik" is not only a popular catchy tune, but above all a brilliant piece of music full of compositional sophistication. The String Quintet in C minor is also a night music: Mozart originally wrote it as a wind octet and adapted it for strings.
