More details
When Juan Crisóstomo de Arriaga (1806–1826) died of tuberculosis in Paris shortly before his 20th birthday, the music world lost one of the most promising talents of the 19th century. This is reflected, among other things, in his Overture No. 3, which alternates between impulsiveness and carefree lightness.
