8th Symphony Concert

Gustav Mahler called his Sixth "Tragic", and although this subtitle was never in the score, it is authentic. Unlike before, Mahler now leans towards the traditional four-movement structure, and he combines the classical form with his narrative, associative and kaleidoscopic style.
