Camille is 22 when she moves to Montreal. At the same time, her grandmother Pauline, aged 92, is placed in a long-term care facility. Each experiences an uprooting, a loss of bearings. Through visits, they tame together Pauline's decline and the crumbling of her memories. The granddaughter then decides to collect her grandmother's words, to let her tell her story before she can no longer do so.
