The Pacific Northwest's Premier Tribute to the Music of Neil Young A Tribute to The Music of Neil Young Hailed as the Pacific Northwest’s premier Neil Young Tribute show, “The NEIL YOUNGS & The Harvest Moon Band,” was conceived in the summer of 2015. Friends and bandmates Steve Crabtree and Andy Volmer, both avid fans of Neil Young, decided to put together a unique tribute to the man whose music has influenced not only them but millions of musicians and listeners around the world.
